As you know, the difference between getting a job or losing it, lies in the response the salesperson or technician has to each event that takes place during a call. Every time I hear a salesperson or tech say, "There was nothing I could do. The customer made up their mind." OR "They were just shopping for the best price and we never win that game," I just shake my head and wonder what that salesperson or tech thinks is really their job. . . .
