A number of years ago, an HVAC, plumbing and electrical contractor working in new construction and remodeling grew to a whopping $1.8 million in revenues. Unfortunately, this company grew incorrectly while also experiencing a series of bad pay-outs by general contractors.

Time for a Change

This is when we, husband-and-wife team of Joe and Julie Crisara, decided to make a change. Instead of working with general contractors, we focused our business on retail service, selling directly to homeowners

We also spent years studying sales masters, and we learned the secrets to profitable service sales success. Before long and after a lot of hard work, we paid back our debts and experienced great financial success. Eventually, we sold our company for a significant profit.
