Please Take Me Up On My Offer

I have always loved the spirit of Christmas!  People are always smiling, singing, giving, and sharing more than any other time of the year.  I wish the "spirit" would go on year round.

This year for Christmas I decided I wanted to make my gift giving a little more meaningful and charitable to those around me including my family, friends, co-workers, and clients.  I decided that instead of wasteful (and sometimes even useless) gifts I sometimes give people on my list, that this year would be the year I would do something more.

After hearing about a concept on a national radio talk show (And in the video player shown above courtesy of New England Business Day http://www.boston.com/news/necn/) to give my friends and family members a donation to their favorite charity, I decided that this is what the spirit of Christmas means to me and looked into their website http://redefinechristmas.org/ to learn more.   And then talked it over with Joe to be sure we were thinking along the same lines.  In which, I am happy to announce we were.

This year we have decided to give a $10 donation to your favorite charity.  And not just for Christmas, especially since I am writing this post after the holiday, but all year round.   All you need to do is contact me at donations@contractorselling.com, let me know who you are and your favorite donation, and I will send them a $10 donation in your name, along with an email confirmation letting you know.

I hope all of you will take me up on this offer because I know there is no better feeling for me than being able to give back, even if only in a small way.  And just in case you would like to reciprocate, I have listed a few of my favorite charities also.

Warm regards,

Julie Crisara
