ARTICLE: Should You Use Our Flat Rate System?
By Joe Crisara
Printer-Friendly Format

I have been getting tons of inquiries from contractors looking for more information on the ContractorSelling.Com flat rate system. Our flat rate materials and books are exclusively used by our clients and over 600 members of our site.

These members use our system to compliment the very persuasive way that they have learned to sell, using our material. If any of you are considering a purchase of a more traditional flat rate system such as an "excel" type list with 2,000 task numbers and a large database of parts, then you should probably consider one of the others you have no doubt already seen.

Our system starts with learning how to sell first, using the following sales strategy:

1.      Getting the customer to sell you on what they need. You never sell them AND you never look like a sales person. Get a commitment.

2.      Eliminate your competitors on each call and elevate the customer's view of your company. Sell the job BEFORE you give a price.

3.      Diagnose whole systems not just repairs. Not only the problem but offer options to RENOVATE the whole system as well.

4.      Create bundles and packages that differentiate your services and company. Make it easy for customer to purchase more premium options.

5.      Give customers 6 options on every call starting with the most premium first to the most economical. So they feel as if they are in control.

6.      Get referrals from your customers. If they like your service they should be happy to hand over the friends because they love you so much.

Our sales system is NOT for people who follow the normal path. We are for those who seek something different that I guarantee you have not heard or seen before. Once you learn this system, your average call will increase to over $1,300 per service invoice and over $10,000 on equipment with happier customers who are buying more premium options. NOTE: You will not be selling the same thing you are now at higher prices, instead you will be selling services warrantees and renovations that you currently DO NOT sell right now for more.

We are NOT supported by manufacturers because we NEVER mention a brand name and will always refuse to do so. Our brand is truly you the contractor.

Once you know and use the system, only then would I tell you to consider using our book which...

1.      Verbally package your services -- For instance, traditional books would call it a gas valve and our material would call it restoring an electrical fault in the ignition system. You call it a fan motor and we call it an air movement renovation. We never mention parts only solutions.

2.      Creates system bundles -- Instead of just replacing a single part, we have constructed PACKAGED renovations that more completely and permanently solve the problem.

3.      Uses only 26 different price levels that match up to each repair or bundle. If you change pricing in our book you only change 26 prices not 2,000.

4.      Simplifies the choices your techs and sales people have by eliminating wrong choices. This is as close as you can get to having your tech or sales person hit the "Hamburger" button if they worked the cash register at McDonald's.

5.      Has pictures and illustrations of the different parts of the system so your techs knows they are pricing the right repair and renovations for each job.

6.      Our book is not a software but is created on MS Publisher which allows you to create new pages or modify the ones we have up there instantly at your discretion. It is a system that once you have it, YOU truly own it and can change it as you wish.

7.      We add parts into each price level at a certain profit margin so there is NO PARTS database or management needed. As if you could ever control it anyway. Most flat rate systems project a certain part which rarely is the one you actually use. Our system is therefore more accurate since you can change your whole book tomorrow by simply changing 26 different price levels located on only two pages if your parts prices change. In traditional books you must reprint the entire book to change prices globally.

8.      The price for our system is only $89 per month for the sales training, live coaching of your field and office staff as well as access to all flat rate materials.

There are no samples or literature for us to give you. If you have an interest in our material simply join the site as over 600 other have and begin using it immediately.  If you join us the greatest value you will receive is from the relationship with other contracting professionals who use our material to create revenue and profit like they have never dreamed.

With warm regards,

Joe Crisara
