WARNING: This video is a satire, a joke, a spoof or whatever you want to call it. In this video training segment the tech (Joe Crisara) asks for any feedback or advice from the customer on what he should consider improving.

The customer (Debbie Corn) tells him that although the service was great that the tech, "Could really use some sales training." The tech thanks the customer and then gets the credit card for payment and after that asks the customer if she knows of anybody who could help him with this problem. She then says she has heard of Charlie Greer.

Joe agrees that he has heard of Charlie Greer as well and says he has heard some good things about him. (Well who hasn't heard of Charlie Greer? Maybe a Martian?)

He then continues on and asks if she has ever heard of Joe Crisara. Of course she tells him no. The look on Joe's face tells the whole story at that point.

NOTE FROM JOE CRISARA: Please take this with the tongue-in-cheek spirit that it is intended. I actually love Charlie Greer and his passion to help others succeed. In fact in the late nineties, I actually hired him to come to my contracting business to ride-a-long with my techs.
