This installation was discovered during an infrared inspection of an electrical system in a hotel in Beverly Hills, CA. A national cell phone service provider rented space from the hotel, and hired an electrical contractor to install a 200 ampere rated switch to supply power to a cell phone tower on the roof of the building.
The incorrect bus hardware would not allow the 200 ampere rated fused disconnect switch to be properly bolted to the bus bars...
