    Use this checklist as a guide for deciding what your customer service team should be doing to give your customers the appropriate level of service and attention to make them raving fans and to increase the value of your services.

    It will help you and your staff quickly become aware of basic service procedures and standards. Use it as a tool to help you determine what should be done, how it should be done and who should be doing it.

    Once you and your team have decided your specific service standards and procedures, modify the list to reflect them. Then use your checklist to periodically review your team to determine whether the benchmarks are being done consistently each day.

    In the company I ran this ad for in a northern climate it generated more than 50 calls in a 60 day period with the result being over 24 HRV's being sold and many other solutions to numerous to mention as well.
