Why Do People NOT Buy From Me?

This is a survey we are holding to find out the beliefs of sales people and technicians as to what their perception is surrounding the reasons that their customers do NOT purchase from them. When people DO NOT buy from me, I believe that this is the most common reason. People today are just a bunch of cheapskates The competition is lowballing them Our company's prices are just too high No money in this area of the country I am not communicating our value to them correctly I did not differentiate my services to them I did not offer enough options My options were too cheap & they wanted more I cannot handle objections very well Have no idea why they don't buy & I don't care
